    -Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree
    - Over 30 year old
    - Relevant education background in Architecture construction
    - Minimum of 5+ years of design experience, preferably in construction experience
    - Good communication skills with English
    - If able communicate in English would be advantage.
    - Fluent spoken and written in English
    - ability to in charge of structural design, drawing and
    - Preference to drawing Japanese factory experience
