  Main Responsibilities:
  - Plan/Develop/Monitor Department Strategy
  - Verify/Manage all processes to be under company's policies and Accounting & Financial Standard
  - Monitor all subordinate staff to work under company's policies and regulations
  
  Accounting:
  - Plan and verify the correctness and compliance with company's policies of company's budget (both short term and long term)
  - Prepare monthly report and yearly statement for management executives and Department of Revenue
  - Support and coordinate with other departments for all company's projects
  - Other related tasks as needed
  
  Financial:
  - Verify/Manage company's cash flow
  - Other related tasks as needed
  
  Collecting:
  - Follow up on debtors to collect all expenses on-time
  - Control/Plan company's Incomes and Outcomes
  - Other related tasks as needed
