  -Lead, train and develop QA/QC team members
  -Define,organize and control all Quality Assurance & Control tasks related stakeholders requirements.
  -Ensure Customer requirements for all Quality specifications and mandatory inspections
  -Register, analyze, implement corrective and preventive actions from customer complaints, coordinate with other departments in order to ensure effectiveness of improvement actions
  -Lead, develop, train and control QC and Production staff in all inspection process steps to ensure 0 defects
  -Provide adequate documentation to ensure quality assurance and process control
  -Define, implement, train and coach Continuous Improvement Process for all manufacturing processes
  Competences :
  -QA/ QC manager of the entire company, definition and co-decision for all Quality Assurance related topics
  -Direct, train, coordinate quality assurance team in Tools and Automotive section
  -Lead, train, develop all staff in quality assurance and process control topics
  -Communication to customers for all customer related topics (complaints, requirements, agreements )
  -Communications to all 3rd party auditors, including customers and suppliers.
  -Decide, judge for all quality related topics to ensure 0 defects and 0 complaints.
