    - Business development and marketing duties throughout Thailand, Vietnam for the following
    product range :
    A) Metallic Heating elements
    B) Ceramic Heating elements
    C) Furnace spares ( including but not limited to Furnace Rolls, U&W Tubes)
    D) Customized Heating solutions
    E) Industrial Wires and Strips
    F) Appliance Wires and Ribbons
    G) Thermocouple Wires
    - To achieve Business growth targets while maintaining a high knowledge level of client’s products and services.
    - Creating and managing effective brand and territory business plans.
    - Following-up on leads generated from corporate websites, trade-shows, seminars, and collaborative sourcing efforts.
    - Scheduling and effectively engaging technical colleagues to undertake product demonstration or other technical needs in assisting and closing sales to meet revenue goals.
    - Developing relationships at various levels within a given account through use of direct sales techniques or use of a third party channel organization
    - Sales channel management in own region through weekly, monthly and annual reviews.
    - Prepare visit plans for prospective and established customers with due regard for priority companies to be visited.
    - Self-motivated to plan and execute effective prospecting call campaigns, without oversight from sales manager.
    - Maintenance of key accounts and development of new prospects onto the buying platform.
    - Promoting the products, follow up of offers and feedback to Inside Sales and Line Management as appropriate.
    - To be involved in arranging exhibitions, seminars and regional (internal) meetings as directed by the local or global sales Management.
    - Maintaining records of customer / prospect visits (notebook) and formally reporting important customer and competitor information to the sales management, utilizing the Customer Relationship Management software (currently SSCS).
    - Report and follow up customer complaints regarding products and services.
    - Assist customers with productivity improvement and energy savings using client's products.
    - Manage and develop a sales pipeline and forecast business weekly, monthly and quarterly.
    Assisting local and line Management in the preparation of forecasts/budgets according to allocated scope or territory.
    - To be focused on own product responsibility yet willing to demonstrate a consolidated client's product view where necessary to ensure optimal synergy within the Sales Units

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical (preferred) Engineering
    - At least 3 years of experience in Furnace of Furnace spare parts selling or servicing.
    - Sales or maintenance experience will be highly regarded.
    - High level of customer relations and communication skills.
    - Strong understanding of customers business and processes along with business development experience with demonstrated growth results.
    - Willing to travel frequently – at least 40% of the time outstation.
    - A high level of initiative, drive and determination to achieve goals and targets set to achieve exceptional levels of customer satisfaction is a key driver in the selection for this position.
    - Proficient in English writing and speaking as well as local language (Thai).
    - Proficiency in Japanese and/or Vietnamese language is preferred.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint).
