• Supports manager to plan section’s strategies and operate to achieved.• Supervise all HR functions including manpower planning, Recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, evaluation and performance.• Ensure that company’s policies, procedures and company’s regulation are aligned with labor law.• Prepare, update, and communicate to employees on policy related issues.• Control and oversee disciplinary issues according to company's regulations as well as conducting disciplinary investigation and punishment.• Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.• Supervise all general affairs activities so that the Company is able to operate without any disruption such as Canteen, transportation, security guard, maid, gardener, driver, utilities, facilities, stationary, uniform, visitors and etc.• Control and supervise the provision of employee welfares in accordance with company regulations.• Supervise and support the activities of foreigners such as accommodation, hotels, visa and work permits.• Plan company activities according to each occasion and organize them for success.• Control IT operations to be as planned and efficient.• Control and manage budget of section.• Coordinate, prepare information and participate in negotiations with the union.• Monitor, review, and develop all admin members.• Prepare monthly reports supporting manager.
