  "1.1 To reinforce MD from new project development upto the application to regulators/ authorities until get certificates or licenses status.
  1.2 To support PM to renewal certificate or licenses
  1.3 Coordinate to establishing Health Safety and Environment management system with comprised of: Safety policy, organizing, implementation planning and evaluation/action for improvement.
  1.4 To observe the plant during construction stage
  1.5 Consideration and approval the Planning and budget for plant operation establishment
  2.1 To incorporate with MD developing annual business operating plan through value chain analysis, strategy formulation/monitoring
  2.2 To integrate annual MRO plan of each plant with budgetary for MD approval
  2.3 Visit Plant regularly to gathering information's and incorporated/reinforce plant operating effectiveness
  2.4 Cooperate with Engineering manager to strengthen the plant facilities efficiency and effectiveness to satisfactory client's requirements.
  2.5 Review, approval and consolidate Monthly operating report
  2.6 Vendors RFQ / finalize purchasing term & condition
  2.7 Arrange the meeting to confirm and ensure with vendors for maintenance or improvement works
  2.8 New vendor auditing, vendor performance appraisal/ report
  2.9 Consult or formulate client comment/recommendation to solving solution with MD and communicate to Plant Manager
  2.10 Immediately, after notification of plant trouble shooting or stoppage, visit the plant and investigation and define action plan
  3.1 To monitor HRD implementation and encourage employee to consistency successful in caeer development"
  "3.2 To review all plant employees performance and recommend to promote/demote, compensation and caeer development action
  4.1 Regularly visit client for hearing and discussion the plant improvement and convey client needs to the plant
  4.2 Maintain relationship and raise trust with client as well as community
  5.1 Inform MD immediately and visit plant to confirm the plant and people well-protected and safety. "
