  - Male, Thai national, age between 28-40
  - Bachelor's Degree in related field (not recommended for new grads)
  - More than 2 years' experience in design and implementation of web-based and mobile-based applications
  - Experience in knowledge and information management is essential
  - Working experience in mobile application programming on both iOS and Android
  - 2-3 years relevant working experience
  - Extensive knowledge of Information Management
  - In-depth knowledge of .NET technology
  - In-depth knowledge of and working experience in programming including web-based programming (e.g. C#, C++, HTML, XML, PHP, Javascript, jQuery, Ajax, CSS, JSON, Bootstrap, etc.)
  - In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQLServer and MySQL
  - Proficient in both Thai and English languages (oral and written)
  - Good analytical skills and able to clearly communicate with users
  - Able to work both independently as well as in a team
  - Able to travel overseas on assignment
