  - Manage day-to-day operation of Finance Department
  - Forecast the positions of cash flow, relating to borrowing needs and available funds for investment
  - Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational target
  - Use hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the company's borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchange positions
  - Maintain relationships with banks
  - Assist in determining company's proper capital structure
  - Support other improvement initiatives as assigned occasionally
  - Develop, review and enhance internal controls, policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  - Provide leadership, consultancy and analysis of financial decision support to various functions, teams and departments
  - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports
  - Ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures
