  Key responsibilities
  - providing professional service to customers and supervise staffs to work as company standard.
  - monitor constantly replenished with all shopping tools necessary for the mechanical sales system to work including shopping trolleys, furniture trolleys, shopping bags, pens, shopping lists, measuring tapes and loan catalogues
  - You secure that the Customer Relationship Management program is implemented and that new members are recruited to this program to create more loyal customers
  -monitor shopping tools in the store are always replenished so that the mechanical sales system works throughout the store – this has a very high impact on the average check per customer
  - plan, co-ordinate and follow up copany activities in the store
  - support the store sales by providing the customers with children peace of mind while shopping by making sure that the Children’s playroom is safe and fun for the kids to play there while their parents are shopping
  -secure Children’s playroom is staffed with co-workers that generally care for children and have an interest in making their playing time as fun as possible
  - knowledge of the local market and competitive situation regarding customer services offered at other retailers
  -monitor department is working in an efficient way and implement the routines
  - secure that the daily operations is working with according to the Customer Service of the company way manual
