    - Configure and troubleshooting Windows server
    - Configure and troubleshooting network devices based on Cisco in LAN and WAN environment, especially voice unit
    - Support customers' requests defined in scopes of work, following service level agreements
    - Handle cases, follow up on the status and keep tracking until the incident was closed
    - Control, escalate and follow up on customers' cases in order to comply with customer's service level agreement
    - Participate and assist in driving the knowledge of management process
    - Provide reports to customers, supervisor and project manager upon requests

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Male, Thai nationality, age between 22-28
    - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
    - Work experience, minimum 1-2 years, in IT field
    - Work experience in troubleshooting and maintaining computer and networking system will be an advantage
    - Welcome New Graduates & Fresh Grads
    - Good knowledge of computer networking: TCP/IP, switching, routing, security policy, etc.
    - Good command of spoken and written English
    - Strong abilities to analyze and prioritize issues for problem resolutions
    - Good interpersonal skill and ability to coordinate with other teams and clients
    - Ability to work in long working hours and on holiday and weekend
    - Ability to work under pressure
    - Service mind, proactive thinking with a "can do" attitude
