  Employee – Develop a strong store team, Conduct On-the-Job training as necessary to improve personal proficiency
  - Warehouse, organization, Layout and capacity management – Supervise and review the daily operation of warehouse, ensuring that the warehouse is fully capable and functional in its layout and capacity to support the material needs of production and service
  - Material receiving – Set up system to control receiving date, time for incoming materials, ensuring that we get materials on time and complete quantity
  - Material distribution – Supervise to improve efficient preparing materials according to production plan, based on Lean concept
  - Storage – Ensure that materials in warehouse are stored properly, inspected and cared for through general material handling. Ensure effective utilization of tool and equipment, participate in the accomplishment of inventory cycle counts & physical inventory
  - Staging of materials – Supervise the packaging and packing to support shipping of materials to customer
  - Obsolescence – Monitor obsolete and non-moving materials to identify and recommend items for disposition, sale, return or scrapping
  - Logistics – Set up system to control logistics between vendor, external warehouse and our company
  - KPI’s – Measure, track and monitor all assigned KPI’s
  - 5S/Safety – Supervise and participant in maintaining a clean all storage areas and conduct store guys using PPE with safe operation.
