  - Handle long-term maintenance engineering plan
  - Steer all maintenance process in accordance with company target & performance
  - General management concerning safety, quality system & workforce control, including yearly section plan and cooperation of all company activities as assigned
  - Control the delivery of a full range of facilities service which includes fabrication, pumping, air-conditioning, etc.
  - Ensure that structural, electrical, mechanical, and civil works are in accordance with improvement projects, building expansion, plans, and designs
  - Establish fundamental guidelines for proper machine/equipment operation
  - Other jobs as assigned by Supervisor
