• Plan, develop, and execute a specification sales plan with a strategic approach aligned with the Sales & Marketing business plan and direction.• Identify, engage, and convince medium- high-level stakeholders in M&E and Sanitary design and construction systems to ensure the company’s product line is recognized and specified in building standards and vendor lists.• Build and manage long-term relationships with medium to high-level stakeholders including Project Owner, Designer, and Contractor, and be able to provide value-based consultation on both technical and commercial values to drive new business growth.• Identify sales opportunities, manage and coordinate with cross-functional sales team both dealer and project sales for a smooth transition of pre-sales and post-sales process to achieve sales targets.• Take care of key contractors and drive sales volume and profitability of each key account for new products and services.• Participate and support marketing events, product demonstrations, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the brand and gain sales opportunity
