    - Ensure effective production planning
    - Operation performance gap analysis, develop improvement plan.
    - Check daily whether the production is on time schedule
    - Control daily manufacturing planning and scheduling activities
    - Coordinate closely with the related departments in the company to make sure the on time supply of products and services to the customers

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Male or Female (Age over 35 years)
    - Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Engineering or related field (Industrial Engineering will be advantage)
    - Have experience in production at least 5 years up
    - Good command of written, spoken English language
    - Knowledge of production management, quality management systems
    - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate employees at all levels
    - Strong decision-making, problem-solving, multitasking and organizational skills
    - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels of personnel from workers to top management
    - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
    - Excellent ability to manage time and resources to meet deadlines
    - Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Arena Program or any work simulation program
    - Able to work at Ayutthaya plant
