- Plan, negotiate, agree and control the annual sales and expense budgets in order to achieve sales turnover and gross-profit targets on his/her responsibility
- Understand the actual situation of each account, consider their strengths and opportunities in order to maintain clarity about vision and strategies
- Develop the marketing plans to achieve long-term strategies including new product development, communication strategy (trade & consumer) in order to increase market share targets
- Initiate, plan, negotiate and control in-market sales and (trade) marketing activities of the designated responsibilities or accounts including the launch of new products in close cooperation with the Marketing Department
- Develop strong and trustworthy relationships with the executives of all levels in his/her customers in order to assure the growth and development of business for the short, medium and long terms

- Male or Female, Thai national, age between 35-45
- Experience in Retail Sales (familiar with retail business)
- Good command of English (upper intermediate)
