  Male， age 22 - 27 years -Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration， Logistics Management or related field -Practical working knowledge of and experience in the logistics industries for marine and inland transportation ？ Excellent command of English in both written and spoken ？ Japanese language skills is an advantage -Proficiently in IT literacy -Ability to communicate with others from various backgrounds and levels within the organization -Sense of responsible and teamwork attitude -Self-motivated， outgoing， open-minded and open to learning -Attention to detail and adaptable in a variety of situations -Analytical skills in both quantitative and qualitative -Excellent report writing skills -Able to travel for conducting risk survey
