[Accounting]
- Creating monthly closing and annual accounting with an external accountant.
- Handling accounts payable, staff claim, payment, general ledger, fixed assets, petty cash, bank reconciliation and financial report.
- Managing day-to-day accounting operations, payment.
- Handling VAT on input and Withholding Tax.
- Liaise with Tax Department on company tax refund.
- General Account payable works: Tracking all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices and statements

- Maintain and collaborate with outsource offices to extend VISA, work permit and driving license for Japanese Director.
- Control and providing support in accumulating and handling overall documents for the company.
