    [Basic Job Function]
    Administrate general administration and HR functions including VISA and Work Permit for all expatriates
    proactively and flexibly to manage issue resolution.

    [Principal Accountabilities]
    - Provide day-to-day administration and assist in HR/GA functions with good planning, including the below
    • Payroll, tax and SSO
    • Benefit & Welfare, activities, and company events, etc.
    • Arranging onboarding to exit processes
    • Maintain company internal for employee’s data system such as employee master data, time attendance, leave record, etc.
    • Administration of office and related areas, such as purchasing office suppliers, car park,and office building relevant.
    - Administrate VISA and Work Permit to expatriates and family, 90 days report, and legal procedure along with legal consulting advisory to have them stay and work in Thailand (Non-BOI and BOI).
    - Coordinate with the accounting department to provide relevant matters.
    - Monitoring terms and agreements with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
    - Assisting and monitoring agreement contracts and registration documents i.e., building contract, office supplier contract, car rental and driver services contract, etc.
    - Coordinating with relevant departments both internally and externally including the government agencies or business companies such as health insurance company, provident fund, hospital, etc.
    - Other administrative tasks as assigned from supervisors.

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree
    - Experience in office administration and Human Resources at least 3 years
    - Good command of English (Level 4 or above)

    【Advantage】
    - Strong knowledge in VISA and Work Permit process for expatriates and HR management skill (Non-BOI and BOI)
    - Payroll and PIT, and ability to use Business Plus program (Payroll) - preferable
    - Basics knowledge of Thai labor law - preferable
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office
