    1.For residents
    - To plan and operate the marketing strategy to acquire the new residents(SNS,Advertisement,Company visit)
    - To plan and operate the seasonal event
    - To handle the private viewing and appointment for the new customer
    - To procedure the move-in and move-out processes
    - To deal with the inquiries and complaints from Japanese customers and resolving issues.

    2.For in-house
    - To plan and propose the new service based on custmor's opinion
    - To promote improvement of services and team members' work efficiency
    - To support the daily task of team member
    - To guide outsourcer improvements (drivers, security guards, housekeepers, laundry)
    - Billing duties at the reception desk and in the backyard

    - Bachelor of degree
    - English:LV 3 up
    - Japanese:N2 up
    - Experinece as customer service in Hospitality field(Hotel,real estate,traveling,beauty salon,etc.)
