    1.Brand & Event Management
    •Work closely with Brand manager to strategize all brand related activities (ATL & BTL) across all level with strong focus on retail and client experiences.
    •Effective A&P budget control, ensure planned budget allocated are consistently monitored and updated correctly.
    •Demonstrates the ability to provide a 360 degree business review using brand related analytics (trend, competitors, business reports etc) and commercial performance.
    •Evaluate and implement opportunities that expose brand to new clients through collaborations with partners, communities and/through CRM activations.
    •Show creativity in executing brand activation programs that enhances client’s interaction with the brand and support the sales requirements of retail team.
    •Develop close collaborations with Commercial team in order to conceptualize activations that build client experience, increase client interest, drive traffic to boutique, leading to sales.

    2.Media & Digital
    •Oversee the media planning and able to translate overall communication guidelines into local plan, keeping in mind the need to build brand and place priority on retail needs.
    •Evaluate effectiveness and performance of all media buys
    •Work closely with publishers on advertising and establish good rapport to generate qualitative media coverage, reach and ROI.
    •Lead creative agencies (LINE) to develop communication ideas and execute copy production designed/customized for the cultural nuances of local Thai consumers

    3.Reports/Presentation
    •Evaluate post-campaign performance regularly (event & media buy) to ensure KPIs are met and provide recommendations for improvement.
    •Proactively track competitors’ animation and promotion best practices to strengthen brand plans

    4.Leadership
    •Coach Brand Assistant with dual objectives of developing his/her skills and career progression.
    •Provides clear direction and guide direct report to achieve KPIs and ensure timely delivery on all tasks assigned.

    5.Others
    •Initiate discussion and effective communication with relevant departments/stakeholders to generate new ideas, improve workflow process and ensure marketing goals are met.
    •Lead and collaborate with team members in the overall planning and implementation of lead tasks assigned – communication and budget management.
    •Promotes the one team approach by identifying possible synergies and opportunities for collaboration with teams beyond his/her immediate area of responsibility

    -Bachelor’s degree
    -At least 4 year from Retail Brand focusing on Luxury brand.
    -Good appearance with effective communication skill both Thai and English.
    -Good teamwork spirit, good communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, good self-driven and self-motivated.
