  • Testing new material to apply in new project.
  • Coordinates with the sales section and customers, on long-term market focus and related product opportunities.
  • Gather data and prepare materials to expand sales of products. Conducts activities to expand sales of products to external parties.
  • Responsible for completing technical reports/presentations of R&D activities to related section.
  • Determines and recommends product usage information including serving suggestions, cooking instructions, and nutritional information.
  • Monitors regulations to ensure formulation compliance.
  • Self-motivated to research and analyze market and customer needs and work with all departments to drive new product development.
  • Assists other departments such as QC/QA and sales department in their work.
  • Any task assigned by management.
