  - Develop and implement operational and supply chain strategies and plans to support both the long-term business objectives and short-term operational goals.
  - Manage daily production activity to fulfill customer demand, including manpower planning, operator training, performance monitoring, etc.
  - Lead overall Facilities and Equipment maintenance efforts within the building.
  - Lead production supervisors, cell leaders and direct labor to achieve customer satisfaction and internal targets.
  - Develop and maintain work instructions and standardized work.
  - Ensure manufacturing operations are in compliance with Quality and Safety related certifications and management systems.
  - Utilize proven quality or Lean Manufacturing tools in order to drive continuous improvement on all aspects in manufacturing measured by - Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  - Responsible for review of structure, process, material and quality of new products in product design stage;
  - Responsible for new product production process flow chart, work instruction and other technical documents;
  - Responsible for the determination of new product process plan, and the preparation of new product process flow chart and floor plan;
  - Responsible for automation and semi-automation of production line, optimize and improve production process, improve production efficiency;
  - Lead the design and validation of the work fixture and die in production process;
