  - Acknowledge the RFQ received from customers.
  - Study drawings and settle technical queries with customers.
  - Estimate cycle time , material consumption , process steps , packaging costs.
  - Calculate internal costs of processes.
  - Co ordinate with purchase to get the bought out materials / outsourced processes.
  - Prepare quotation and get approval by GM.
  - Send quotation to customers
  - Doing the internal costing of parts already in production.
  - Prepare and submit periodic reports to management.
