    - Male/Female age 25-36 years old
    - High vocational up
    - 3 years of experience in QA/QC in Metal Processing (metal part Manufacturing)
    - Knowledge in 8D report, Why Why Why analysis and have problem skill
    - Abel to read drawing, Understanding in IATF 16949 system and ISO 14001

    *Tool:Calipers and dial gauges
