  - Manage and responsible for Store Auditing, Product quality, sales achievement, and inventory management
  - Operate working process according to company’s regulation
  - Responsible for cash control process
  - Customer satisfaction and interaction, a top priority
  - Conduct weekly meeting with director and report critical concerns
  - Ensure and manage efficiency man power plan and roster at store level
  - Ensure and manage shop ambience in good condition and good image for customer point of view
