    - Contact with shipping agency to make booking each shipment
    - Plan loading the goods date for export shipment and inform to warehouse or supplier for arrange the goods
    - Create invoice and packing list and pass to shipping agency for process customs clearance
    - Check draft Form E, Form D, Form JTEPA, Form AJ
    - Summarize monthly shipment report in excel file.
    - Summarize monthly expense report in excel file.
    - Well cooperate with oversea supplier
    - Understand 3rd party Invoice and shipments (Preferred)

    ImportImport (preferred)
    - Check import shipping documents (Air/Sea)
    - Checking draft import entry
    - Prepare the document for issue E-payment to customs (import duty and customs VAT)
    - Input expense for each shipment in Sales and Purchase control systems
    - Check Form E, Form D, Form JTEPA, Form AJ
    - Summarize monthly expense report in excel file
    - Well cooperated with over sea suppliers.
    - Understand 3rd Invoice party and shipments (Preferred)

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Thai Nationality, Male/Female, Age 26-30 years old
    - More than 2 years in Freight Forwarder business especially in export process (or if have also import knowledge will be advantaged)
    - Knowledge well in export process (Must) and import (Preferred)
    - Knowledge in 3rd invoice party and shipments process (Preferred)
    - Good command in English (intermediate level)
    - Basic knowledge or interest in trading and overseas business
    - MS Office , SAP (preferred)

    Personality Attitude
    - Organized and neat, enthusiastic to learn new things
    - Cooperativeness , activeness
    - Considering solutions by herself, time management
    - Have a positive attitude , maturity is preferable.
    - Communication skill is highly required
