1. Achieve short, medium and long term Sales & Marketing objectives for the Team and the Company.
2. Develop and implement Marketing and Sales plans to achieve sales targets.
3. Proactively seek out and realize account growth with existing customers.
4. Manage and ensure our services are reliable, relevant and grow with customers’ evolving business strategy and needs.
5. Deliver prompt and effective response to customers’ queries, requests for quotations, price negotiations,
cost reduction programs, etc.
6. Organize, document and maintain sales and marketing records.
7. Continually monitor, review and improve cost and ensure compliance with Company’s systems and procedures for
customer order management, delivery logistics and traffic.
8. Collaborate with other departments to meet customers’ order requirements, delivery support and commitment on projects
and order management.
9. Carry out regular update on customer and market information, forecast and order status and provide useful decision
support information to management to facilitate optimal planning of operations.

- Male / Female Age 30-36 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Engineer.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing in plastic injection.
- Need experience from automotive fields.
- Good customer service support capabilities.
- Good command of both spoken, written English and good organization skill.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skill & negotiation skill.
- Company have car and driver for visiting client , Able to drive and have car license.ความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษ
