    - Responsible for the overall company administration functions and day to day operations
    - Coordinate and assist Real Estate Researcher's duties i.e. gathering market information
    - Control and maintain the inventory of office supplies for general use
    - Responsible for office equipment including company mobile, copy machine etc.
    - Assist in the administration of expatriate to ensure validity of work permit and business visa
    - Manage schedules, hotel and restaurant bookings for TOKYU Group visitors
    - Handle corporate documents i.e. affidavit update
    - Prepare payment vouchers, journal vouchers and accounting related documents
    - Handle internet banking for company payment
    - Apply and control correct VAT, Withholding tax and Social Security applications under accounting firm
    - Handle all employee's payroll
    - Compliance with data protection, health and safety requirements
    - To be responsible for any additional tasks and/or projects in the Admin function as assigned

    - At least 2 years experience of Admin, GA
