  -Created distribution network, developed new market, and conducted market research and advertising for company’s products
  -Coordinate with Technical Consultant on projects that company were specified, to ensure that company products & systems are not replaced by competitors or any other substitutes at construction time
  -Responsible for the business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target and market share
  -Provide all relevant information accurately to Contractors and Developers of the targeted projects
  -Synchronize project follow up strategies with
  *Supervisor
  *Technical consultant (to ensure the agreed prices)
  *Technical Support Officer (for any Technical Document and Construction Details/Shop Drawings)
  *Area Sales (for the distributors / Dealers for projects to order from)
  -Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
  -Collect & analyze local marketing information, direct & indirect competitors, distribution network and selling price
  -Propose & monitor local marketing plan, regional sales forecast and regional market share
  -Manage, educate & develop, conduct business plans, and push sale to key-account dealers, specialist dealers, sub-dealers
  -Create Sales yearly plan, Marketing activities & Local promotion
  -Update project progress in database and filing for minimum of twenty projects chased & success within the period of 12 months
  -Coordinate with related department to solve problem, sell process and service customers
  -Other assignment from supervisor
