    1 Providing help and advice to customers on company's products & services.
    2 Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
    3 Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
    4 Producing written information for customers. Good with computer software skills.
    5 To visit customers regularly as per Sales policy and submit report on time.
    6 Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that
    have been passed on by customer service assistants or customer service officers.
    7 Handling customer complaints or any major incidents.
    8 Developing feedback or complaints procedures.
    9 Issuing refunds or compensation report to top management & communicate to customers.
    10 Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service.
    11 Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    <MUST>
    - Male or Female, 30 - 38 years old.
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economic, International Business, Logistics or related fields.
    - At least 5 years experienced in Airfreight import.
    - Excellent in English
    - Have managerial skill in team management more than 2 years.
    - Smooth communicate both inside and overseas.
    - Good computer skills to support all analyse reports,ie:- Outlook, Advance Excel , PowerPoint .
    - Own transportation for visiting customers as per superior's assignments.

    <ADVANTAGE>
    - Preferably for Freight Forwarder or Logistics
    - Toeic more than 600 scores or equivalent.
    - Have record of continuous employed by same company.
