  1. Assist in implementing recruitment process of company group in Thailand.
  2. Design job advertisement, promote company employer branding by cooperating with communication and Global Recruiting team.
  3. Assist in implementing employment marketing strategies to attract passive job seekers.
  4. Be responsible for operational recruiting work, maintain open positions and assure process in line with company rules and regulations.
  5. Arrange and conduct job interviews.
  6. Be in charge of planning and reporting work in recruiting function, like annual recruiting planning, monthly, quarterly, annual reporting.
  7. Assist superior in KPI definition, ensure SMART principle well adopted
  8. Identify and enlarge recruitment channels/methods, support superior on vendors effectiveness assessment.
  9. Drive the cooperation with vocational schools and universities to build up future talent pool.
  10. Set up talent pool per responsible recruiting scope and critical target group
  11. As key user of E-recruiting system and maintain the E-recruiting system complying with defined globally.
  12. Conduct market analysis to assist superior on competitive recruiting strategy set up.
  13. Manage smaller projects and cooperate to implement projects launched by Group HR.
