  [Job Purpose]
  After sales service position is responsibility in take care of sales support and after sales service or after renew clients to customer.This position has to manage good relationship with customer company and customer employee
  
  [Key Responsibilities]
  - Correspondence with the insurers in case of the customers have any queries or request more information.
  - Pick up and deliver all documents from insurance company to the customers as weekly service.
  - Joining orientation session for new staffs of some customers.
  - Provision premium and table of comparison for presentation.
  - Provide the claim analysis and negotiate with the insurance companies for renewal policy comparison.
  - Summarize the premium and all condition to insurance company and BD support for membership card issuance
