    Your main responsibility is
    1) Input sales data
    2) Communicate and Respond to Accounting firm and Tax office

    Accounting(main):
    *Create documents stipulated from accounting company
    * Issue Invoice/Tax Invoice, Receipt and Delivery Note to customers
    * Submit tax: PP 30 / PND 53 / PND 1 / social security fund
    * Fare adjustment for transportation, business trip, entertainment and others

    Other tasks as assigned
    * Logistics such as delivery plan, recording invoice/packing list for import & export
    * Customer service on the phone
    * Coordinating such as booking tickets, responding to requirement from consulting company/BOI company

  • คุณสมบัติ

    <Basic requirement>
    Female, Thai nationality, age between 24-32
    Have bachelor degree in any field
    Have good computer literacy
    Fair command of spoken/written English / Internal conversation level (Neo-4)

    <Experience>
    Over 1 year experience of Sales Coordinating , Sales support or Accounting
