Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales & marketing team.
Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
Assist sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Arrange and co-ordinate meetings, events and any appointments.
Responsible for export coordination supporting International Sales to maximize customer’s satisfaction
Be sure of excellent customer’s service with fast, precise, and meet requirements
Coordinate with shipping company, air & sea freight forwarder, banks and related department to ensure that all requirements are well prepared, correct and can be delivered as planned
Solve any problem regarding export on time.
Sales Support; delivery control, coordinate supplier and other related work field.
Work closely with client for problematic and loading plan
Coordinating with related departments.
Male or Female, Age 25 – 30 yrs. Up
Bachelor degree in any field
Must have at least 2 years’ experience up from Automotive business, Make quotation, due with customers etc. (will be advantage)
Good Japanese language skills (N3 or higher) (will be advantage)
Good English Language skills (will be advantage) TOEIC 650
Good Computer skills in Microsoft Office
Strong communications , team oriented, attention to detail
