    - Responsible for Technical and Developing all Technical Division.
    - Performing technical/product innovation presentations and food trend updates; demonstrating how a product can meet the needs of customers.
    - To proactively seek to develop appropriate applications, product categories and coordinate such initiatives directly as well as independently with other departments.
    - To actively and continuously propose improvement of and/or within the internal & external processes so as to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the overall organization.
    - Other task assigned by SVP Technical.

    Male & Female , Age 38 years old Up.
    Bachelor’s or Master degree of Science ( Chemistry ) or a relate field.
    Experience 15 years in paint business with good formulation knowledge
    Experience in Paint Industry only.
    Have a knowledge in the Technical background and Managerial Skill is a must.
    7 years up in management level

    ** Advantage **

    Have a knowledge in ISO/TS 16949 : 2002, IATF 16949 : 2016, ISO 14001.
    Good communication skills & able to work under high pressure
    Good command in English
    High responsibility and willing to work hard
    Knowledge People management
    Process strong leadership, good interpersonal skill and problem solving skills
