  - Control Manpower plan.

  - Support and advise in process improvement activities in factory.
  - Analyze production, maintenance and malfunction records to identify problem, recommend solution that will improve performance and control day to day production with productivity efficiency to meet with the target.
  - Implementation of revised and improved by the use of techniques and technologies for improving productivity. Controlled waste, and reduce production costs with planning and corrective action improve the efficiency steadily.
  - Control day to day production with productivity efficiency to meet with the target.
  - Follow up and ensure production process control are all update and effective.
  - Coordinates with supporting group in problem solving to get the job done.
  - Manage raw materials to buffer inventory and maintain inventory controls to properly support ongoing manufacturing operations.
