  - Oversee and ensure all policies of internal procedures and outsourced agencies are in compliance with internal policies, laws, and regulations
  - Implement, review, and monitor corporate policies and procedures to ensure company complies with the regulations
  - Establish compliance strategies including all training to ensure employees are aware of and understand all compliance policies and procedures
  - Develop and coordinate in implementing internal control system and procedures to ensure internal control have been taken to all functions to avoid operational risks
  - Coordinate with implementing business continuity plan, including emergency and crisis management, safety plan with related parties
  - Report to Head of Department on the identification of potential compliance risks (to minimize them)
