    - Knowledge of Engineering Management
    - Good management skills and problem-solving attitude
    - Effective decision-making, high leadership, proactive, and good analytical skills
    - (Advantage) Experience in Japanese Company
    - (Advantage) Good knowledge of CNC-EDM operation and maintenance
