    - Update, propose and respond to HR & Industrial Relations issues
    - Organize meeting of parts supplier to ensure good labour relations in organization
    - Review and propose some HR policies for improvement in accordance with Thai labour law
    - Support engagement survey and training preparation for Asia & Oceania

  • 応募条件

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 25-28
    - Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Business Management, Law, Psychology or a related field
    - Work experience, 1-3 years, in employee relation or a related field
    - Good command of English (TOEIC, minimum 700 scores)
    - Ability to communicate in JLPT is an advantage
    - Having a broad knowledge of labour laws and industrial relations (IR)
    - Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, etc.)
    - Good interpersonal skills, flexibility for works, and analytical thinking
