  - General management concerning safety, quality system and workforce control, including yearly section plan and cooperation of all company activities as assigned
  - Handle long-term maintenance engineering plan
  - Steer all maintenance process in accordance with company's target and performance
  - Control the delivery of a full range of facilities service including fabrication, pumping, air-conditioning, etc.
  - Ensure structural, electrical, mechanical and civil works are in accordance with improvement projects, building expansion, plans and designs
  - Establish fundamental guidelines for proper machine and equipment operation
