  - Develop marketing strategies and manage budgets to accomplish overall business objectives
  - Manage and execute promotional activities to maximize sales and increase potential customers
  - Oversee overall marketing & communication strategy for each promotional activities
  - Initiate brand advertisement and manage team to launch with appropriate media channels in order to increase brand awareness
  - Collaborate with other internal departments as business development, sales, and acquiring to develop strategic plans and implement them to drive profit and growths
  - Monitor campaign progress, evaluate result of marketing activities and marketing communications and propose concrete feedback for improvements
  - Analyze current market situation, market trends, identify market opportunities, and make recommendations based on analysis, result and data to explore business
  - Translate brand strategies and create action plan to drive team to achieve KPIs.
