  • 仕事内容

    - Responsible for month-end closing and ensuring deadline is met
    - Control the accounts payable (AP), especially payment functions, and ensure accurate recording of expenses and payment of vendors in a timely manner
    - Handle all trade creditors process and prepare payment
    - Check outstanding balance, review monthly reports and WHT preparation (checking and following up)
    - Prepare bank reconciliation at the end of month
    - Prepare payment vouchers and record in the system
    - Follow up on customs VAT receipt to filing in tax report
    - Handle all petty cash vouchers and summary report for reimbursement
    - Responsible for withholding tax report (PND.3 and PND.53)
    - Responsible for purchase VAT report (PP.30 and PP.36) to submit to Revenue Department
    - Monitor assets code, calculation of depreciation and amortization (month-ended)
    - Participate in stock count and check the stock detail after the count
    - Handle other tasks as assigned by manager

  • 応募条件

    - Female, Thai national, age between 35-45
    - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting or related field
    - Work experience in finance and accounting such as AP, GL and taxes for 5 years
    - Can use QUICK BOOK of Accounting system
    - Having Certificate of PDC
    - Good command of spoken and written English
    - Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, etc.)
    - Ability to lead and motivate the team and demonstrate problem-solving skills
    - High responsibility and good business judgment
    - Willingness to learn and ability to work independently
    - Self-motivated, proactive and hardworking
