  Job Description :
  -Planning, directing and coordinating the operations activities within every stores in brands.
  -In addition, you will also responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, capacity, efficiency and profitability through the establishment of effective methods and strategies.
  -Analyze data to identify opportunities to increase efficiency, workflow, quality, and sales.
  -Support service and operations at retail store(s), including managing store warehouse, procurement, staffing and online presence.
  -Control all company's SOP and rules are well implemented
  -Maintain and arrange merchandise display as per guidelines
  -Manage and develop staff from SPG level to Supervisor
