  - Recruitment: recruitment channel and sources, recruitment and employment coordination, employment process, interviews, evaluation, health-check up, employment contract, confirmation letters, database and records
  - Job fair and Facebook channel
  - Orientation (in Thai and English)
  - Coordinate internship (in Thai and Japanese)
  - Support regional HR process
  - Training and development: training needs, arrangement and coordination, evaluation, database and records, e-learning and education
  - Employee Relation (ER): company announcement and HR information board, employee handbook, rules and regulations, disciplinary, emergency situation alert and information, compliance, company activity, quality improvement activity and awards
  - Support manpower and turnover reports to HQ and Accounting Department
  - Other related duties as assigned by superior executives
