  • Job Description

    - Control and manage a full spectrum of all HR functions
    - Deal with HR audit, legal contract and agreement
    - Arrange work regulations and salary package planning
    - Perform recruitment process such as arranging the interview, job fairs, etc.
    - Handle attendance, payroll calculation, company's welfares (health insurance, company activities, etc.)
    - Other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male, Thai nationality, age between 27-32
    - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field
    - Work experience, minimum 5 years, in HR
    - Good knowledge of general HR tasks, especially payroll
    - Japanese, minimum JLPT N2, will be an advantage
    - TOEIC, minimum 800 scores, will be an advantage
    - Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, etc.)
    - Good knowledge of VLOOKUP in Power Pivot will be an advantage
