• Job Description

  - Determine effective sampling plans based on available information regarding nonconformance frequency and servility
  - Generate plans and control all quality process concerning suppliers including suppliers' follow-ups and document reviews
  - Communicate regularly with internal departments as well as suppliers to proactively improve quality of raw material and products
  - Perform audit for supplier quality systems and support the improvements of suppliers' quality systems
  - Use statistical process control (SPC), quality process control tools and the metrics, proactively identify and help implement improvement for supplier's quality including tools and processes
  - Initiate and follow up with Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) in partnership with SCM department to ensure complete and effective root cause analysis and corrective action implement
  - Participate in weekly QA meeting to review QA performance and brainstorm for QA improvement
  - Work closely with SCM department to diagnose application issues and other supplier problems
  - Set up and summarize annual individual KPI results
  - Handle additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor(s)
