    - Generate, develop and implement overall recruitment strategies
    - Support a full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, selection, learning and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, HR policies and procedures, etc.
    - Source and filter candidates for open positions and utilise selection tools or methods to screen candidates within schedule
    - Closely monitor and apply the best practices for HR recruitment
    - Create detailed written reports of analysis and recruitment for your team

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 25-30
    - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or a related field
    - Work experience, minimum 3 years, in an HR field
    - Sound knowledge of all HR operational issues, especially recruitment
    - Outstanding multi-tasking, negotiation and interpersonal skills
    - Familiarity with IT industry
    - Good written and verbal English communication skills
