• Job Description

  - Responsible for sea freight-related tasks (logistics) such as preparing documents, importing and customer service
  - Ensure all customers’ requests for service and support are responded in an efficient and effective manner (there is a focused point of contact for each customer)
  - Assign all functional tasks to subordinate officers and assume responsibilities as "Customer Service Assistant Manager"
  - Generate plans and follow up on shipment schedule
  - Generate and prepare shipping documents for export and import
  - Ensure correctness of all data on commercial invoices before being sent with goods or faxed to vendors
  - Check all shipping documents before forwarding to customers to ensure accuracy of all details
  - Generate, monitor and control delivery orders
  - Closely monitor overall communication with clients from end-to-end logistics operation aspects
