  • Job Description

    - Responsible for strategic and operational recruitment and selection process
    - Source internal and external candidates from every possible channel, screen applications, etc.
    - Conduct interview sessions in both English and Thai languages
    - Select and assess candidates to be filled in approximately 150 vacancies per year
    - Develop new recruitment-related activities and new search channels
    - Give advice to line managers to select the most fit-to-job candidates
    - Control and follow up recruitment process to ensure efficient provision of employment within appropriate timeframe
    - Coordinate with relevant parties to manage Employer Branding Program
    - Generate and prepare monthly reports recruitment and manpower
    - Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by management executives

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 35-45
    - Master’s Degree in any related field
    - Work experience, minimum 5 years, in recruitment functions
    - Work experience, minimum 2 years, in a supervisor level or higher
    - Work experience in energy business will be an advantage
    - Good command of English (fluent level)
    - Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, etc.)
    - Communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
    - Willingness to travel frequently to the upcountry and overseas
    - Logical and analytical thinking competencies
