  • Job Description

    - Establish short-term and long-term workforce plans including budgeting
    - Determine recruitment strategies to acquire personnel with IT or sales skills
    - Devise tests for selection process and coordinate with professional qualification departments
    - Conduct interviews and prepare suitable questions for officer and managerial levels
    - Formulate recruitment plans, candidate selection process, and establish KPI systems
    - Establish quality management and effective management (QP/WI) for selection and recruitment process

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 28-35
    - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Management, HRM, or Law (GPA minimum 2.80)
    - Work experience, minimum 5 years, as a managerial position in this field
    - Candidates in a supervisor or senior level who have potential skills are welcome to apply
    - Ability to communicate in English, focusing on reading, comprehension and writing
    - Skills in spoken communication and negotiation
    - High accountability and logical thinking skills
